We incorporate Integrated Pest Management (IPM) into all of our pest control service plans and only use the minimum amount of pesticides needed to accomplish a pest free environment. IPM relies on a combination of common-sense practices and methods that manage pest damage by the most economical means and with the least possible hazard to people, property, and the environment. Available Pest Control Service Plans

Standard Plan

All applications made under this plan are conducted with conventional pesticides.

• Interior: consists of spot spraying baseboards throughout the home/business.
• Exterior: consists of liquid and granule treatments applied to the exterior mulch and flowerbeds around your home/business.

Eco Plan

All applications made under this plan are conducted with Lance Exterminating’s approved green products only.

• This plan includes a thorough inspection with the aid of strategically placed insect monitors.
• Preventive applications are made on the initial service followed by an “as needed” basis.

Hybrid Plan

The hybrid plan consists of a customized combination of both the Standard and Eco Plan mixed to fit your life style and needs.

• This plan is great when used with the bi-monthly Standard Exterior and the Eco Interior services.
• This is the plan I use on my personal home.

Pest Proofing

Included with all of our annual pest plans.

• Pest proofing consists of minor repairs such as the caulking of small cracks, copper wool stuffed in holes, the screening of holes, and the use of expandable foam in order to prevent pests from entering the structure. These are minor repairs and will be performed on a case-by-case basis.
• If additional repairs are needed that are above our scope of service, we can recommend people to complete the needed repairs. However, Lance Exterminating will not be held responsible for the workmanship of anyone who is not a direct employee of Lance Exterminating even if we have recommended them.

Frequency of Pest Control Service

• Monthly: This consists of service to your home, or place of business one time per month.
• Bi-Monthly: Service consists of service to your home, or place of business every other month.
• One Time Service: This is used when do not feel as though you need an annual contract, for non-targeted pests, or for work that is not covered by your normal pest agreement. (Available in Standard & Eco Friendly)
